TH2: In Ye Olde days, commercial hunters would stick a punt gun on the prow of a rowboat and take out entire flocks of birds. More advanced designs included multiple barrels mounted together like the deck guns on a battleship. As a conservation minded hunter, I am glad that punt guns are no longer employed against wildlife, but I think that they sure are cool!
