Didn't see The Green Hornet in the list. I assume he is a Buddhist.
I don't know much about the Green Hornet, or comic books in general, but it would make sense for Kato to be a Buddhist. Comic writers tend to assign religion by national origin.
I remember in the X-Men Cartoon from the nineties, Wolverine has a conversion experience after meeting Nightcrawler, and at the end, ends up in the Notre Dame Cathedral,.(Catholic?). Punisher was discerning priesthood, before he became a cop,..then well the Punisher. Yes I know a lot about comics,..huge nerd..(I have also trained MMA, so I don't get bugged about it!)
Marco: Ha ha! Huge nerd myself, big sci-fi fan.
Green Hornet would probably be mainline protestant. Agree with Kato being Buddhist or some other Eastern religion. Surprized to see Lois Lane listed as Catholic.I was diappointed they didn't have more of the Legion of Super Heroes mentioned.
Al: In case you didn't click on the explanatory link:http://www.adherents.com/lit/comics/Lois_Lane.htmlThere is a suggestion that Lois is pro-life. Pretty Cool!
Yeah, I did. The reason I was surprized was growing up it was never clear that she was. & over the last 20 years I haven't been a regular enough reader to catch the Catholic. That must have come with 1 of the reboots. Back in 96 wedding it struck me that the wedding was more non-denominational than Catholic.
BTW Agree with the Pro-life aspect. Interestingly enough back in the 80s reboot Krypton's use of clones nearly destroyed the world. Also, since the 90s they have rebooted & retooled things so many times that IMHO they should just start over & go back to the original versions with a new timeline for everyone.
