Other than a few more recent thingys, Ive said almost everyone of those things when I was a lassie. Cute!
I hate to say it, but I've said a couple of those things, ie: the cousins & praying the rosary when I can't sleep.
Al: I too have said some of those things. Some are gender neutral Papistisms.
